Punisher Western
These are pages from what was to be a two
issue arc in PUNISHER WAR ZONE written by me with art by Russ
Heath. It was to be a Punisher western to follow-up on A MAN
CALLED FRANK the western I did with John Buscema.
In the story Frank Castle is hired by an American railroad baron
to enter Mexico and kill Pancho Villa. Along the way he meets
Lieutenant George Patton. I wanted Patton in the story because
he was more than a bit of a "punisher" himself. Patton
is the guy driving the touring car on the final page here.
